Sales Policy

New Accounts: Orders over $1,000, 50% due before shipment, with 50% balance due net 30 days upon shipment arrival.

Existing Accounts: Orders over $2,000 or custom product(s) require 50% due before shipment, with 50% balance due net 30 days upon shipment arrival.

ALL Accounts: Orders over $20,000 require 1/3 down with order, 1/3 due before shipment, with 1/3 balance due net 30 days upon shipment arrival.
We will not allow outstanding balance to be over $20,000. All orders over $10,000 require a purchase order number.

Minimum Order Amount: $35.00

Prices: Due to the increasing volatility in the price of our raw materials, we at The Prestwick Group reserve the right to revise product prices without published notice. Thank you.

Shipping

Shipping Method: We ship orders via UPS or FedEx. For truck shipments, please let us know your preference of carriers. For expedited service, UPS and FedEx offer NEXT DAY AIR (guaranteed overnight delivery the next business day and special extra service for Saturday delivery, no Sunday delivery).

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not included in our prices (F.O.B. Sussex, WI).

Design

Current Designs: Prestwick Golf Group reserves the right to ship our most current designs.

Colors: Due to minor variance(s) in production runs, colors may have subtle differences. This is a normal occurrence, and therefore Prestwick Golf Group cannot offer warranty protection against slight color variation(s).

Post Mounting Recommendations: Prestwick Golf Group recommends that all permanently mounted posts supporting our site furnishings must be buried a minimum of 24" below the ground's surface for maximum stability. Please review the supplied Sign/Post Installation sheets for recommended length above ground. Failure to comply with recommended lengths will void any claim or warranty.

Policies/Terms

Terms: Net 30 days for accounts with approved credit. Accounts unpaid after 30 days will be charged interest of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly (annual percentage rate 19.6%), until past due balance is paid in full.

Invoices: Invoices on all sale-priced or discounted product(s) must be paid within specified terms to receive special, limited-time-only and/or other promotional price(s) offered.

Claims: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Shortages and or damages must be noted in detail on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, in order to receive replacement or to file a claim. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier. Have the carrier make all notations on the receipt prior to accepting your delivery, and file a claim immediately. Our office must also be notified of any shortage(s) or damage(s) within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

Cancellation: Any order placed with and accepted by Prestwick may be cancelled only with our consent and within terms that indemnify us against loss.

Returns: No returned product will be accepted after 60 days from invoice date. Returned product will not be accepted without authorization from your sales manager. Returned product(s) may be subject up to a 30% restocking charge. Product(s) must be returned in its original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend insuring your return shipment at its retail value to cover any accidental damages that may occur during shipping. We do not accept the return of CUSTOM manufactured items. Returns are as inhouse credit only - NO cash refunds.

Warranty: Prestwick Golf Group offers a one year limited warranty on all of our products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material(s). Prestwick Golf Group makes no warranty with respect to either the merchantability of our products, or their suitability for any specific purpose or use. This warranty is limited as stated above, and under no circumstances shall Prestwick Golf Group, its affiliated companies and assigns be considered liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by or resulting from the use of and/or handling of any item sold by Prestwick Golf Group.
